Ceres Power Confirms Receipt of £2m Alpha CHP Payment from British Gas
Ceres Power announces that it has received the payment of £2 million from British Gas for the successful design, build and testing of a number of 1kW grid-connected Combined Heat and Power ("CHP") products meeting all of the deliverables under the Alpha phase of the CHP programme.
The Company expects to end its financial year on 30th June 2009 with net cash and short-term investments of at least £22 million. The Company will announce its full year preliminary results in September 2009.
