MTI MicroFuel Cells Inc. receives £1.5million grant
MTI MicroFuel Cells Inc. has received £1.5million ($2.4 million) in grant money from the United States Department of Energy and in addition to those funds, has also received funding from a board member. The firm now claims it has adequate funding to last to the end of the year. The additional funding nearly puts the firm on target to commercialise its Mobion fuel cell which is scheduled for launch in late 2009 or early 2010.
