Hydrogenics commissions two fuel cell buses in Germany
The transit authority of Herten, Germany has put into operation two fuel cell powered hybrid “MidiBuses”, bringing the total number of MidiBuses on a Tecnobus S.p.A electric bus platform operating in Europe to ten.
In addition, the firm plans to commission an second fuel cell bus known built on the Italian Rampini ZEV platform. This second model nearly double the size of the MidiBus and can hold over 40 passengers.
