Ballard Power Systems announces supply agreement with FirstEnergy Corp
Ballard Power Systems has announced it expects to deliver a one megawatt distributed power generation solution to FirstEnergy in an effort to test the unit’s suitability for providing peaking capacity and load management over a 3-year period.
The trailer-mounted unit is slated for a December 2009 delivery and initial plans will have it in Ohio.
