Neah Power announces additions to its board of directors
Mr Smith, is currently the director of patent software company Unisone, and is said to have over 40 years of management experience - leading companies such as Nexion, Decision Dynamix and the McKesson Corporation.
Clearnet chief executive Mr Garfield is expected to bring a wealth of "operational, finance and accounting" knowledge to the board and has gained valuable experience working with Coach USA, Arthur Andersen and Maxxim Medical.
Mr McGovern, who is currently general manager of the Cura Group, will bring operating, strategic development and global financial experience to Neah Power's board of directors.
Commenting on these latest appointments, Dr Chris D'Couto, president and chief executive officer of Neah Power, said: "Their experience, talent and extensive network will further assist Neah Power to achieve its goals and become the leading portable power fuel cell solution provider on the mark."
Founded in 1999, Neah Power is concerned with the development of fuel cell technology for use in portable electronic applications and military devices.
