Update on Hydra Fuel Cell Patent Infringement Lawsuit

Hydra Fuel Cell Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of American Security Resources Corporation, announced today that Relion, the company that sued it for patent infringement in 2006, has filed a petition to withdraw the infringement suit with the Federal Court in Portland, Oregon that is hearing the case.
