Millennium Cell postpones annual stockholder meeting
Millennium Cell Inc. a leading developer of hydrogen battery technology has announced that it is postponing its annual meeting of stockholders scheduled for April 17, 2008. A new date for the Company's annual meeting will be rescheduled within the coming months.
Pursuant to the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, following the rescheduling of the annual meeting and fixing of a new record date, the Company will arrange for a proxy statement to be mailed to all stockholders of Millennium Cell as of the record date. The proxy statement will contain instructions on how a stockholder can vote either in person at the meeting or by other means as set forth therein.
