Hannover Fair - Day 5

The Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Group Exhibit is located in the Hannover Fair, one of Europe’s largest trade fairs. In 2006 if you came here you would be struggling to actually buy anything. There was a lot of brilliant ideas and innovative companies but actual product was very, very thin on the ground. This year we decided to make a quick list of everything here that is actually available to buy to see if anything had changed.

So if you have deep enough pockets and specific needs here at the Group Exhibit you can order:

• 6kW rack mountable UPS system
• Off-grid stationary units from 5 – 15kW
• Catalysts (for low and high temp fuel cells, and just about all temperatures in between)
• Bipolar plates (of all shapes and sizes)
• Portable fuel cells for a variety of applications in the 2-25W range
• DMFC and PEM stacks up to 15kW
• Test stations for PEM and SOFC testing
• Backup power systems for the telecommunications industry
• 200kW up to 1MW large stationary fuel cells
• PEM stacks specifically for transport applications
• Hydrogen generating plants
• High temperature membranes
• UPS systems for datacentres
• Fully packaged reformer systems
• Reformers for everything from diesel to ethanol to methanol
• Metallic interconnects for SOFC stacks
• MEA printing machines
• Thermal management systems
• Humidifiers
• Gas diffusion electrodes
• Various fuel cell simulation tools and packages
• Fuel cell toys
• GDLs
• Blowers
• Nozzles and last but by no means least
• Fuel cell powered scooters

Not bad for two years growth in the industry. So will we see you next year?
