Dynetek reports on boardroom changes
Mr Turner is currently president, CEO and a director for coalbed methane development and production firm Richards Oil & Gas, and boasts over 20 years' experience in senior management positions.
He is also president and a director for business management and consultancy firm TMI Consulting Corporation.
Meanwhile, Dynetek, which specialises in the design and manufacturing of proprietary fuel storage cylinders and systems for compressed natural gas (CNG) and hydrogen, has also revealed that Wright and William Kovalchuk have resigned as directors.
The departing duo were thanked by board spokesperson Heinz Portmann and heralded for the contribution they had made to the company's performance so far.
