Organisation Description

UTC Fuel Cells is is a unit of United Technologies Corporation. It has led the world in the commercialisation of fuel cells with its stationary PC25 PAFC power generators, over two hundred of which have been sold world-wide. IFC has also supplied fuel cells to NASA for various space programmes, and is involved in the design, development and manufacture of fuel cells for military, space and commerical applications. Although it will continue to manufacture PAFC systems, it is currently shifting its focus to the development of PEM fuel cells and reformers for transportation, stationary and portable markets.
