IdaTech and Element One Reach Confidential Settlement

BEND, ORE, USA, November 17, 2011 – IdaTech, LLC, (“IdaTech”) and Element One LLC (“Element One”), jointly announce that they have reached a confidential settlement of a patent infringement lawsuit filed by IdaTech concerning Element One’s “Pegasus” hydrogen generators and “Andromeda” hydrogen purifiers. Element One and its co-founder David Edlund agree to not make, sell or import in the United States hydrogen generator and hydrogen purifier products using hydrogen-selective planar membrane envelopes, which included the Pegasus and Andromeda products and were the subject of the lawsuit. Element One has made no sales anywhere in the world of any Pegasus hydrogen generator systems or Andromeda hydrogen purifiers. Element One and Edlund deny an infringement of IdaTech’s patents.
