The European Fuel Cell Technology & Applications Piero Lunghi Conference (EFC13) is Italy’s premier fuel cell event which attracts approximately 300 participants from countries most active in the sector, including the US, Germany, Japan, UK, Korea, France and China.

Founded in 2005 by the University of Perugia and the Italian National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development (ENEA), the event will be celebrating its fifth edition in Rome, Italy, from December 11-13, 2013.

EFC13 intends to outline the international state of the art of fuel cells and to provide short, medium and long-term visions on research and development in the field, as well as on market opportunities, global policy and future energy scenarios.

The event is open to all those with an interest in fuel cells and clean energy in general. Whether you represent the political influence, academia, research world, industry, public sector or simply are interested in cleaner and greener energy technology, at EFC13 you will find cutting edge insights and valuable contacts.

Main conference topics are materials, modeling, lab tests, system design, approaching the market, polygeneration using fuel cells, fuels and decarbonizing society, new ideas and bad ideas in fuel cells, policy and cross-cutting issues on fuel cells.
