Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering Launches SOFC cell and stack products

Ningbo Stacks

The Ningbo Institute of Materials Technology and Engineering, through its Fuel Cell and Energy Technology Division (FCET), has launched a range of SOFC cells and stacks. FCET’s products include both anode supported cells, with 10 by 10 cells priced at 60 RMB (€8/$10) per piece, and stacks with a 30 cell stack priced at 6,000 RMB (€800/$1,000) per stack module. FCET claims high fuel utilisation with an output of 700 W at 750℃ and an average cell voltage of 0.7 V.
