California Energy Commission Announces $30 Million Program Opportunity Notice for Hydrogen Refuelling Infrastructure

On November 22, the California Energy Commission (CEC) published a Program Opportunity Notice (PON) for Hydrogen Refuelling Infrastructure. Through this solicitation the CEC can provide up to $29.9 million in funding.

Funding will be provided to construct, upgrade, or support hydrogen refuelling stations that expand the network of publicly accessible hydrogen refuelling stations to serve the current population of FCVs and accommodate the planned large-scale roll-out of FCVs commencing in 2015.

The Application Deadline is February 14, 2014.

There will also be a Pre-Application Workshop on December 6, 2013 at 10 a.m., in Hearing Room A at the Energy Commission.
