Successful Maiden Flight for Fuel Cell UAV in China

According to Tongji University, an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) powered by a hydrogen fuel cell has been successfully tested near Shanghai's Fengxian District. A team from Tongji University began working with Shanghai-based Oxai Aircraft in 2011 to develop the UAV. Qingpu District was also involved in the project.
