    Ballard Power Systems Sells its US Material Products Division

    Ballard Power Systems has announced the closing of an agreement to sell its Lowell, Massachusetts Material Products division for up to $12 million. $10.5 million has been paid to the company immediately with the remainder payable on the basis of the Material Products division’s 2013 financial results.

    Government–Industry Study sees up to 1.6 million Fuel Cell Vehicles on UK Roads by 2030

    This is the forecast made in the first public outcome of the UKH2Mobility public–private partnership. An interim report, published today finds that 10% of new car customers will be receptive to FCEV when first introduced  and that an initial rollout of 65 refuelling stations would provide sufficient coverage for early vehicle sales.
