Borit NV Opens New Office in North America

Borit NV, based in Geel, Belgium, will be opening its North American office in Cleveland Ohio, on 1st October 2012. The company, Borit Inc., will be headed by Chris Davis who has many years of presenting technology-driven solutions for highly engineered products.

Borit NV supplies hydro-formed sheet metal components and sub-assemblies with complex geometries, demanding tolerances and strong value propositions. Borit NV supplies these components and subassemblies into technology driven markets with a wide range of applications in fuel cells and electrolysers, cooling solutions and micro-reactors. Borit provides a full cycle service, which includes conceptual and detailed design, material selection, prototyping and large scale production. The engineering and forming competencies of Borit NV are drawn for a wide field of industries and subject matter experts.

The core technology of Borit NV is based on a patented hydroforming press (Hydrogate) concept developed by Dr. Dirk Bohmann and Borit Leichtbau-Technik GmbH of Aachen, Germany. The technology offers a unique combination of accuracy, design flexibility and productivity.
