Hydrogenics to Deliver 100 kW Hydrogen Fuel Cell for Hawaiian Military Base

Canadian electrolyser and hydrogen fuel cell manufacturer Hydrogenics has announced that it has been awarded a contract to develop, fabricate and deliver a 100 kW HyPM-OH outdoor containerised fuel cell system. The contract has been awarded by the High Technology Development Corporation (HTDC), Hawaii Center for Advanced Transportation Technology (HCATT) and the US Air Force Advanced Power Technology Office (APTO). The system will be installed at the Joint Military Base at Pearl Harbor-Hickam in Hawaii in mid-2013.
