ElectroChem Launches New Product Lines for Microbial Fuel Cells

ElectroChem Inc. has recently launched two new product lines to facilitate researchers in developing microbial fuel cells (MFC).

MFC generate power from enzymes or microbes. They typically generate lower power densities than hydrogen fuel cells, but there are several applications such as underwater power supply and wastewater treatment, where they may offer an alternative.

ElectroChem is selling its H-cell reactors as suitable for MFC development and is also selling a microbial fuel cell testing kit.

These products can be viewed on the ElectroChem website.
