Altergy to Integrate Hy9 Methanol Reformers into its Freedom Power Fuel Cells

Hydrogen generation specialist Hy9 has announced that it will be partnering with fuel cell manufacturer Altergy to integrate Hy9 HGS methanol fuel processors into Altergy’s Freedom Power backup power fuel cell systems.

Gary Clarke, Hy9's president and CEO, said, "We are very pleased to announce this partnership with Altergy. Our HGS platform has been well tested in the field and as a result we look forward to partnering with Altergy to open new markets and territories by helping simplify the hydrogen supply chain."

Rival fuel cell manufacturer ReliOn has also been working with Hy9 to integrate methanol fuel processors into its line of products.
