Consultation on the preparation of the Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Technology Initiative under Horizon 2020

28 Aug 2012

The European Commission has launched a public consultation to collect views on the fuel cell and hydrogen sectors ahead of the launch of Horizon 2020.

The Fuel Cells and Hydrogen Joint Undertaking (FCH JU) was launched in 2008 as a public private–partnership under the 7th Framework Programme which is set to end and be replaced by Horizon 2020 from 2014. The FCH JU’s objective was to accelerate the market introduction of fuel cell and hydrogen technologies and this consultation aims to collect the views of the public on the fuel cell and hydrogen sectors, with a view to the possible continuation of the FCH JU during Horizon 2020.
