In this paper Donald Cameron reviews the first of a new series of biannual fuel cell conferences, which took place in Amsterdam in September 2002. Organised to compliment the Grove Fuel Cell Symposium, the event concentrated on scientific advances in fuel cell technology.
Cameron's report focuses on developments in several areas, including: hydrogen generation; reformers; hydrogen storage; electrocatalysis and direct fuel cells; modelling and engineering.
