The 2012 RCS Review
ARRIVING SOON

Fuel Cell Today has been producing legislation reviews since 2007, first quarterly and then half-yearly. This year we will be superseding these with an annual RCS Review that will document regulations, codes and standards (RCS) affecting fuel cells and the fuels they use.

It will cover both the certification of products as fit for sale and the regulations concerning the use of the products. The Review will not aim to be a comprehensive technical list of every last RCS item; in an increasingly expanding set of markets, each with different RCS needs, such a document would be outdated almost immediately. It will also not cover public policy or specific requirements in applications such as military, marine and mining. It will instead aim to highlight widespread barriers and enablers within RCS for fuel cell applications, allowing vested parties to see opportunities and pitfalls. Case studies will demonstrate how established companies have navigated this often complex and foreboding landscape.
